Essential Detailing provides car detailing services, including workshop-based and mobile detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, and related treatments. The exact scope of work is agreed with you at the time of booking.

Quotes are tailored to your vehicle and its condition. Prices may vary depending on the size, condition, and specific requirements of the vehicle. Any quote provided is valid for the period stated and is subject to inspection of the vehicle. Subscription plan prices are as displayed on our Subscriptions page at the time you sign up.

A booking is confirmed once we have agreed a date, time, and service with you. We ask that vehicles are reasonably accessible and, for mobile services, that suitable space, water, and power are available where required. We will let you know in advance if anything additional is needed.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible. We reserve the right to charge for cancellations made at short notice or for appointments where we are unable to access the vehicle as agreed.

Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking. Subscription payments are taken on a recurring basis through our secure payment provider until cancelled. You can cancel a subscription in line with the terms presented at sign-up.

We take great care with every vehicle. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, defects, or wear that may become more visible after cleaning, nor for issues arising from manufacturer defects or prior poor repairs. Please remove personal belongings and valuables before your appointment; we are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

Detailing results depend on the condition of the vehicle. While we always aim for the best possible finish, some defects, stains, or damage may not be fully removable. We will advise you of realistic expectations before carrying out the work.

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
